I, acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, and in accordance with Part 1 of Article 18 of the Federal Law No. 38-FZ “On Advertising” dated March 13, 2006, hereby grant my consent (hereinafter referred to as the “Consent”) to the limited liability company “ExpoForum-International” (hereinafter referred to as the “Advertiser”), located at: 64/1, Peterburgskoye Highway, Bldg. A, Shushary Settlement, Saint Petersburg, 196605, Russian Federation, to receive advertising and promotional information distributed via telecommunications networks, including by means of telephone, fax, mobile radiotelephone communication, electronic mail (e-mail), SMS messages, and online services, for the purposes of promoting services, advertising, and informing about the activities and events organized by the limited liability company “ExpoForum-International” (Tax Identification Number (TIN) 7811518396; legal address: 64/1, Peterburgskoye Highway, Bldg. A, Shushary Settlement, Saint Petersburg, 196605), as well as events held at the ExpoForum Convention and Exhibition Centre, including promotional mailings, notifications, and processing of inquiries and applications for the purpose of subsequent conclusion and performance of contracts.

The Consent shall be deemed granted to LLC “EF-International” at the moment the option “I agree to receive promotional and informational materials about the Forum” is selected.

This Consent shall remain valid from the moment it is granted until it is withdrawn. I am informed that I may withdraw this Consent at any time, and advertising mailings will be discontinued immediately upon receipt of such a request either via the Advertiser’s email address: info@spbth.ru, or in writing to the following address: 64/1, Peterburgskoye Highway, Bldg. A, Shushary Settlement, Saint Petersburg, 196605, Russian Federation, or by using the “unsubscribe link” provided in each advertising message.
