I, acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, hereby grant my consent to the limited liability company “EXPOFORUM-INTERNATIONAL” (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”), located at: 64/1, Peterburgskoye Highway, Bldg. A, Shushary Settlement, Saint Petersburg, 196605, Russian Federation, for the processing of my personal data (hereinafter referred to as the “Consent”) for the purposes of promoting services, advertising, informing about the Operator’s activities and events, including sending notifications, processing inquiries and applications for the purpose of concluding and performing contracts, as well as maintaining statistics and analyzing the Operator’s website performance (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).

The Consent shall be deemed received by the Operator from the data subject at the moment the option “I consent to the processing of my personal data,” located on the Website, is selected.

The Operator is entitled to collect, receive from third parties, record, systematize, accumulate, store, clarify (update, amend), retrieve, use, transfer (access, disclosure), block, delete, and destroy, using automated means, my personal data listed below:

• Information on the volume of network traffic consumed;
• Information about the user’s device;
• Geographical address of the user’s connection point to the Internet;
• Cookie files;
• Information about Website user activities;
• Information about the user’s equipment and browser;
• IP address;
• Session date and time;
• Referrer (URL of the previous page).

The Operator is entitled to engage third parties in the processing of personal data either by assigning such third parties to process personal data and/or by transferring personal data to third parties without assigning them processing functions. Engagement of third parties in personal data processing may occur only provided that such parties process personal data in the minimum necessary scope and solely for the purposes specified in this Consent, as well as provided that such parties ensure confidentiality and security of personal data during processing. Third parties include, in particular:

1. St. Petersburg State Budgetary Institution “Congress and Exhibition Bureau,” registered at: 8, Shpalernaya Street, Bldg. A, Saint Petersburg, 191187, Russian Federation. Personal data is transferred for the purpose of confirming the number of registered Forum participants. Access to personal data is provided to enable the St. Petersburg State Budgetary Institution “Congress and Exhibition Bureau” to access the Website, the event registration admin panel, to receive data on the number of Website views and visits, and to collect attendance statistics for the Forum.

2. LLC “Dataforum,” registered at: 5, Malyy P.S. Avenue, Bldg. B, Office 402/1, Petrovskiy Municipal District, Saint Petersburg, 197198, Russian Federation. Access is provided for accreditation purposes, issuance and activation of accreditation documents (badges) for Forum participants; ensuring admission control and internal security at Forum venues; collecting Website visit statistics and data on the number of views of Forum online broadcasts.

3. LLC “ADK 4D,” registered at: 16A, Markina Street, Bldg. A, Premises 2N, Saint Petersburg, 197198, Russian Federation. Access is provided for the purpose of media and informational support of the event.

4. LLC “Yandex (Russia),” registered at: 16, Lev Tolstoy Street, Moscow, 119021, Russian Federation. Access is provided for communication with participants and media, and for sending advertising and informational mailings.

5. LLC “UniSender Rus,” registered at: 23, Bolshaya Novodmitrovskaya Street, Premises 2/46, Moscow, 127015, Russian Federation. Access is provided for sending informational mailings to participants and media.

This Consent remains valid from the date of its provision until its withdrawal by the data subject, and also for five (5) years following the data subject’s last visit to the Website.

6. Limited Liability Company “Hotel Vavelberg,” registered at: 7–9, Nevsky Avenue, Bldg. A, Municipal District No. 78, Saint Petersburg, 191186, Russian Federation, for the purpose of granting access to the Forum venue. Access is provided to ensure entry to the Forum venue.

7. Limited Liability Company “SAINT-PETERSBURG HOTEL LEASING,” registered at: 4, Pochtamtskaya Street, Bldg. A, Saint Petersburg, 190121, Russian Federation, for the purpose of granting access to the Forum venue.

8. Joint Stock Company “Tristar Investment Holdings,” Russian Federation, registered at: 1, Voznesensky Avenue, Bldg. A, Saint Petersburg, 190031. Access is provided for the purpose of ensuring access to the Forum venue.

9. LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “Moyka 22,” registered at: 22, Moyka River Embankment, Saint Petersburg, 191186, Russian Federation, for the purpose of granting access to the Forum venue.

This Consent remains valid from the date of its provision until its withdrawal by the data subject, and also for five (5) years following the data subject’s last visit to the Website.

I am informed that this Consent may be withdrawn by me in accordance with Article 9 of the Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated July 27, 2006, by submitting a written request to the Operator’s address. Such written request must include the following information about me: (1) surname, first name, patronymic; (2) residential address; (3) name and number of the principal identity document; (4) details of the document’s issuance date and issuing authority; (5) signature. I am informed that, upon withdrawal of this Consent, the Operator retains the right to continue processing my personal data without my consent if grounds specified in subparagraphs 2–11 of Part 1 of Article 6, Part 2 of Article 10, and Part 2 of Article 11 of the Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated July 27, 2006, apply.

I am informed that this Consent may be withdrawn by me in accordance with Article 9 of the Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated July 27, 2006, by submitting a written request to the Operator’s address. Such written request must include the following information about me: (1) surname, first name, patronymic; (2) residential address; (3) name and number of the principal identity document; (4) details of the document’s issuance date and issuing authority; (5) signature. I am informed that, upon withdrawal of this Consent, the Operator retains the right to continue processing my personal data without my consent if grounds specified in subparagraphs 2–11 of Part 1 of Article 6, Part 2 of Article 10, and Part 2 of Article 11 of the Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated July 27, 2006, apply.
